I purchased many products from bajaj and the experience was good.
But this time the things changed and i'm very disappointed.
Emi was not getting detected due to technical issue so i paid using gpay to the executive and he cleared first installment.
Later 2nd month executive called me and provided me link and loan no. I followed and paid the bills.
Similar way i paid the bills for the future month.
But last month i noticed i got fine, not for my mistake or problem. They gave me different version when i asked reason.
1. Ecs manadate form is missing /
2. Check bounce /
3. Low balance in account /
4. Signature miss match.
