I have purchased a new Haier Fridge on 7th April 2023 and the demo was done on 9th April 2023. From that time there was no cooling and Haier technician confirmed the unit is defective and raised a replacement with Bajaj.
The Store manager (Arun) and the delivery executive from Nacharam branch are not responsible and never share the update. I need to call them and beg for the update on the replacement. They keep on saying, update will be shared by evening and that evening never comes.
Since it's been more days, and no replacement is provided, I want to return the product and want my money back since it is under return policy.
