[Resolved] Bajaj Electronics — hitachi ac 1.5 ton - installation not completed | |||
I bought Hitachi 1.5 ton split in Bajaj electronics Nizampet branch on Apr 31, 2019. During purchase of item, they told me that delivery takes two days and installation will be done on the next day. Ac is delivered on Mar 1, 2019. Till today (Mar 04, 2019), AC installation is not done. I have called the Bajaj Electronics showroom ([protected]) they have given me hitachi customer care number ([protected]), I have tried to contact the number, but no one is responding. I called the Bajaj Electronics showroom, they are not responding properly. One message came on Mar 02, 2019, saying installation is allotted to [protected]. I called to [protected], he gave me another number [protected], I called to this [protected] number and he gave me another number [protected]. Finally [protected] a guy responded. and told me that he will install on Mar 05, 2019. I would like to give complaint on Bajaj electronics Nizampet branch, since they are the one who is selling the product to customers and not responding properly once you are done with purchase. In my case, I have got AC delivered but no one is there for installation. Bajaj electronics should be responsible for product delivery and installations. later, appropriate brand will take care of it. Attached my invoice copy for reference.
