I, Sree Hari Shankar K working with an IT company in Hyderabad and residing at Gachibowli area, have purchased Electronic Home appliances from Bajaj Electronics, Kondapur on 30th Nov 2015 thru Bajaj Finance.
LED TV of LG brand is one among that:
TV Model - LG 43LF6300.
I got the TV delivered on 02 DEC 2015, then got it installed on 03/04 DEC 2015 by LG team, which was scheduled by the dealer Bajaj Electronics itself. The same day, when I was pealing of the cover on the TV panel Frame shockingly found the left bottom corner of the frame in broken condition, as shown in the pictures. I have immediately taken the photos and approached Bajaj Electronics Kondapur, then they have considered it to be the damaged product being delivered to me and told me that they have raised a request with LG for product replacement. Since the day one I have been following up with Bajaj Electronics staff person name Sunil-[protected], who claimed that following with LG area manager and the team for my product replacement. Sunil has even confirmed that he got approval for replacement from LG and assured me for the replacement and asked me to wait for a week. After 2 weeks when I approached him for the status he told me that stock is not there i need to wait for 10 days and convinced me that TV is in working condition, so that I can use it by guaranteeing the replacement.
then again after 2 weeks, I directly approached BILLING desk of Bajaj electronics Kondapur branch and enquired the stock availability of my TV model, and been told that stock is available. After this when I asked Sunil for the status he was trying to bluff me that stock is not available yet. Then I have told him about the stock info which I got it from their showroom itself, after this he struggled a while to convince me with some rubbish stories and started one more story that it's approved from one team and needs approval from area manager, who is on leave and asked me to wait again for a week.
Like this he dragged it till today and when I finally approached their TV's section team lead and started shouting, again they have raised a request with LG .
After that I received a call from LG technical team requesting for the visit . LG technical person came and noted down the details and complaining me in reverse that why have I delayed these many days without raising on the 1st day, because of which they can't replace the damaged product. Though it looks very clear that damage happened at the time of packing or during delivery.

Now Bajaj is asking me to log a complaint with consumer court on LG. But I am here to log a complaint on Bajaj electronics, who has initially promised me for TV replacement and harassed me these many days by making me to roam and visit their showroom regularly with false promises.

I am very much frustrated with their service and false promises and delivering the damaged products. Ultimately I am at loss.
I have attached the screen shots of messages showing replacement confirmation from Bajaj electronics, TV damage and Invoice copy from the showroom.

Kindly provide me justice, I need the replacement of the TV or refund of it, please take an immediate action on such fraud showrooms.
