Bajaj Electronics — Delay in installation of 1.5t hitachi split ac, invoice no. wal/16/1967 | |||
I purchased a split ac from bajaj electronics, punjagutta branch, vide invoice no. Wal/16/1967 dt 06.03.2016. I am supplied with the ac unit not exactly same model (Different model unit is supplied to me) as that mentioned in the invoice and no body is responding for this. At the time of purchasing, on inquiry i was asked to pay rs. 1000/- for installation which includes all charges at non local installtion. It is there with me in writing also. Now at the time of installation at my place, nakrekal nalgonda dist. I am being asked to pay the installation charges of rs.1300/- which includes transportation charges of rs.800/-. But the ac is taken by me on my own vehicle to the installation location. Still the technician is demanding for transportation charges of rs.800/- to be paid after installation. But i dint understand why should i pay for transportation as i have done that job on my own expenses the concerned technician mr. Karunakar, cell [protected] is asking to pay transportation charges also to him after installation. Further i would like to mention that during local(Hyd) transportation at my house at hyd. I was asked to pay rs.200/- for local transportation (Is there in written on my invoice bill) but the connected person has taken rs. 350/- on demand during at 11.45 pm (Mid night). It is not the question of the payment of additional amount towards charges, the question is why the show room is not sticking to the written conditions during purchasing.
