I bought Whirlpool Fridge from Bajaj Electronics Showroom, located near Surabhi Restaurant, Vanasthalipuram on[protected], vide invoice no: 1217/21/s-27461.
I requested for delivery of the said product on[protected], i.e. Wednesday. I have been in constant touch with the showroom the whole day and I was told that it will be delivered by 9:30 PM. I waited till that time and when I didn't get delivery of the product, I tried to reach them over the mobile numbers mentioned in the invoice, i.e. [protected] and [protected]. But since yesterday night to till now, the said mobile numbers are not reachable and are switched off.
I have not yet received the fridge till now. How do you justify this??
Moreover, when I tried to reach the Bajaj Electronics Customer Service on [protected] which was provided on the bajaj electronics website. This customer service REALLY SUCKS. I tried more than 15 times, each time, it is asking for language, problem and saying TO wait and while I was waiting, the CALL SUDDENLY DISCONNECTS. VERY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I want answer to my problem IMMEDIATELY
