First of all, the salesman unnecessarily made pay rs.1000 in advance for booking a particular model of dishwasher. Now i have lost the advance payment receipt and they are now saying that they don’t have any record of my advance payment and will only return my money if i produce the advance payment receipt. I lost it because we moved to a different house and don’t have the receipt now. I don’t think any company accepting money from customer can say they don’t have record of the same. What do they plan to do, if the customer looses the receipt?? Keep his money?? Is that good ethical business practice?? Was this information helpful? |
