Bajaj Electronics — False promise and commitment

Hi team,

This is a enquiry regarding my purchase last week of 13 and 14 th of November, here by I came to an opinion that bajaj electronics cheated me, in the name of timely delivery of goods.
I purchased a fridge and washing machine on the occasion of deepavali at the time of purchase they gave me a promise of delivery is within 2 days. When I called the store they told both are going to deliver today (17 th)
Now they are telling that the stock got completed and telling to wait for 1 week, this is not fair and I buyed them on spot payment not on EMI, try to understand at what emergency I booked those.
And no proper response from the team. Kindly look into this.
