We have bought an ac it took 2 days for the bajaj company hyderabad to deliver the product to home. It’s now the 5th day till now they have no technicians to install the same. They have provided customer care number we have been calling since 4 days mostly they won’t attend the call, if they attend they ll tell it will be installed today. Again when we call another person ll take the call and says their technicians are busy or ll somehow delay it and says it’s 7 pm already and can’t be installed. We are really disappointed with the purchase from bajaj

    I have purchased a double door refrigerator from bajaj electronics vanasthalipuram branch, they delivered a refrigerator with lots of scratches, even safety cover is also not there on the front side, egg tray is also not available, observed all these things and informed bajaj electronics store manager but i am not getting proper assurance and response for new device.

      I have brought the symphony air cooler on 23 of april... But from the day i brought it iam not satisfied it is giving the air but not the cooling at least 25 degrees... Very bad service i want it to be return or exchange... My room is only 10x10 sq ft it not covering that much area also... Very bad service... And also called the symphony techniquetion but he had also not solved my problem... Plz take my concern or i can also go in a legal process...

        I have purchased lg refrigerator with an amount of 20, 000 rupees from chanda nagar bajaj electronics on purchase date of[protected], still now we dint get delivery of refrigerator more than 10 days over and no cal from them. If i called to the chanda nagar bajaj electronics landline they were speaking irresponsible to the customer and sales executive has kept my mobile blocked and am forwarding my invoice bill and i am kindly requesting to delivery the refrigerator and check the negligence were it has happened.

          I have purchased mega 60 collar on february month but on april 13nth collar fan was not moving properly than i have given complaint on 14th april at showroom, on the same day mechanic came and told fan motor problem and they will put order to company and change the motor, but still it is not don, no body can give the proper answer either showroom or from mechanic side. I am suffering summer best from 12 days still it is pending. I have bring my friends and relatives to purchase nearly 6 collars of your company. But your impression is going to bad because of your service. So kindly change my collar motor tomorrow at any cost please.

            Hi i would like to bring to your notice about bajaj electronics fraud.

            My name is susheel from hyderabad on 8 march 2019 i have purchased 2 air conditions (Ac) from bajaj electronics showroom at dr. A. S. Rao nagar branch. The ac is not working properly the room is not getting cooled so, i have called to showroom dr. A. S. Rao nagar branch ([protected]) 20 days back, they informed me that they will get back to us with in 24-48hrs but there is no response from them again last week on saturday i called them same information they have provided it will take 24- 48 hrs 5 days passed away but there is no response from them.

            Iam very disappointed with your service, you people are irritating me, irresponsible staff, you people need only money from. Very very very bad service

              I registered complaint from past 45 days i m following up with dilsuknagar bajaj electronics no of them are responding agents are using abusive language against me. The manager him self is busy every time i call to connect manager customer service representative states he is having lunch. Almost 7times i directly went to bajaj to get solve of my issue still no response. Cooler wheels are taken by service man long back about 30days back for replacement but he is not lifting the call. Bajaj people are not responding i have all the proofs to sue everyday wasting my time is not a joke the cooler water is leaking its like flowing river with the cooler. I want a priority action to be taken at the earliest.
              I bought an AC a year ago, i haven't used any free service provided by you.I wish to have a free service once. Hopping that you would provide your best service in best possible time. Awaiting your response. Thanking you.

                We purchased voltas AC from Bajaj Electronics AS RAO nagar branch and it turned out to be a diaster.AC does not work, it does not cool, Bajaj team is very arrogant and they dont talk properly at all. Very rude behavior by Tl Anil and Rajesh. No proper support. We need our refund and this looks like a big scam which bajaj electronics is running. Please help us resolve this issue as our kids are having a great difficulty and suffering in this heat. We have been raising tickets and complaining and still there is no response from the team here at all. they seem to be not serious after the sale is done. request someone to take action against them help us get our money back. We strongly dont recommand Bajaj Electronics

                  Pfa the photos and invoice copy of 20 ltr bajaj grill microwave oven purchase 4 month back and gifted to my sister in marriage as gift.

                  However it's not working after unpacking at her home.

                  Further we have registered the complaint and engineer attended and telling about manufacturing defects in the microwave and denied to make the breakdown now i personally called up at customer care no. Again and they said that service centre team will change the product but i didn't receive any revert from them so far.

                  I want clarification who will provide the solution to me and how it will be closed on priority as it's my sisters home and her in laws are creating problem about the same need immediate intervention else i will file the complaint in consumer court with all the call recordings thanks.

                      Service engineer has done wrong installation. I faced water leakage in indoor. Filed a complaint against it and very slow response from bajaj as well as samsung. Service engineer came for the next day saw the ac and went back saying that he will do it by the next day. Very worst experience with bajaj and samsung. Till now no proper installation has been done. Instead i am facing problem.
                      Cooler not working properly:
                      i purchased on 3rd may with remote system,

                      3. swing frame not perfect manufacture

                        Hi this is naveen kumar nakkala my cont [protected] am from champapet hyderabad i purchased ifb washing machine on friday 5th of april 2019... When i purchasing that time they said delivery will be on sunday by oral... But sunday not delivered and monday morning around 10 am delivery boy called and taken time we are coming just 15 minutes... After 1 and half hour when i call back him this boy saying that i am in traffic and accident i could not be reach u now it will take more time and asking one hour again... When i approach regarding this issue with bajaj show room manager they said we not assured or not said any word about delivery time and date... Take when we are delivery that it... I surprised with this kind service...
                        We purchased on festival occasion but product delivery delayed... I am really worried about it... Am not intrest now to teke delivery after festival... Its my sentiment... Please do suitable action regarding this issue... Specially manager said words... Ie. We are not given any particular / exact date or time do whatever...

                          I bought a 5* lg ac on april 2nd-19 and since then not been able to operate remote beacuse of not knowing the functions, we called syed abdul rahman at attapur hyd to send someone and he told he'll send in a day or two but it's been already a week, nobody turned up despite calling him multiple times, there isn't any response from him on this service. I would request you to please send someone immediately to brie[censored]s about the remote functions.

                            I bought Hitachi 1.5 ton split in Bajaj electronics Nizampet branch on Apr 31, 2019.

                            During purchase of item, they told me that delivery takes two days and installation will be done on the next day.

                            Ac is delivered on Mar 1, 2019. Till today (Mar 04, 2019), AC installation is not done.

                            I have called the Bajaj Electronics showroom ([protected]) they have given me hitachi customer care number ([protected]), I have tried to contact the number, but no one is responding.

                            I called the Bajaj Electronics showroom, they are not responding properly.

                            One message came on Mar 02, 2019, saying installation is allotted to [protected].

                            I called to [protected], he gave me another number [protected],
                            I called to this [protected] number and he gave me another number [protected].

                            Finally [protected] a guy responded. and told me that he will install on Mar 05, 2019.

                            I would like to give complaint on Bajaj electronics Nizampet branch, since they are the one who is selling the product to customers and not responding properly once you are done with purchase.

                            In my case, I have got AC delivered but no one is there for installation.

                            Bajaj electronics should be responsible for product delivery and installations. later, appropriate brand will take care of it.

                              This is regarding invoice no-1219/18e/s-19159, lg refrigerator was bought on 30 march 19, however still the product is not delivered, neither i am able to connect to your phone number provided in the invoice or in the website.

                              This absolutely pathetic services, i was promised that the product will be delivered by 01 april 2019 at the maximum, however till date it is not delivered.

                              Very bad experience with bajaj chandanagar store, were the executive very harsh and rude, and one of them was threatening me.

                              None of executive are polite and when i complained to manager he was not so responsive.

                              Request for some stringent action against these kind of service provider.

They have given me invoixe without including our gstin number. Our gstin number must be included in the original invoice, other wise i will not get reimbursement of the amount.                                       First of all, the salesman unnecessarily made pay rs.1000 in advance for booking a particular model of dishwasher. Now i have lost the advance payment receipt and they are now saying that they don’t have any record of my advance payment and will only return my money if i produce the advance payment receipt. I lost it because we moved to a different house and don’t have the receipt now. I don’t think any company accepting money from customer can say they don’t have record of the same. What do they plan to do, if the customer looses the receipt?? Keep his money?? Is that good ethical business practice??
                                      Last week i was purchase washing machine in panjagutta hyderabad location . Problem the tap adapter was removed mostly it does not fixed properly with in 4 days the tap adapter was fall down please send any technician present machine under warranty. we will not pay for this service because it is under warranty

                                        Bajaj guys are the biggest lier in this world. I never seen this kind liers in this world and they will keep you updated with new stories. Please do not purchase product from bajaj and try some other shops not from bajaj..
                                        They don't even respond to your call or mails.. The sales guy manideep [protected] he is a big lier in panjagutta showroom.. Told lot of stories during my purchase after that he not even responding my calls.. We have been waiting to deliver since last 3 days but so far no one is responding... I will bang this guys tomorrow to visit panjagutta showroom...
                                        I purchased a VOLTAS Make air cooler on 04.03.19 and it is delivered on 05.03.19 at 9:30PM. When we started using and fill the water in tank, the water is leaking from bottom and we saw there is air crack in the tank.
