We purchased voltas AC from Bajaj Electronics AS RAO nagar branch and it turned out to be a diaster.AC does not work, it does not cool, Bajaj team is very arrogant and they dont talk properly at all. Very rude behavior by Tl Anil and Rajesh. No proper support. We need our refund and this looks like a big scam which bajaj electronics is running. Please help us resolve this issue as our kids are having a great difficulty and suffering in this heat. We have been raising tickets and complaining and still there is no response from the team here at all. they seem to be not serious after the sale is done. request someone to take action against them help us get our money back. We strongly dont recommand Bajaj Electronics

    Hi,

    Pfa the photos and invoice copy of 20 ltr bajaj grill microwave oven purchase 4 month back and gifted to my sister in marriage as gift.

    However it's not working after unpacking at her home.

    Further we have registered the complaint and engineer attended and telling about manufacturing defects in the microwave and denied to make the breakdown now i personally called up at customer care no. Again and they said that service centre team will change the product but i didn't receive any revert from them so far.

    I want clarification who will provide the solution to me and how it will be closed on priority as it's my sisters home and her in laws are creating problem about the same need immediate intervention else i will file the complaint in consumer court with all the call recordings thanks.

      I had register complaint against issue of my air cooler at 6 april but there were no response from bajaj services today is 10 april. Please take step as soon as possible. From which my family faced this summer season as my young sister of 2 years she was faced hot season due to absence of air of aircoler

        Service engineer has done wrong installation. I faced water leakage in indoor. Filed a complaint against it and very slow response from bajaj as well as samsung. Service engineer came for the next day saw the ac and went back saying that he will do it by the next day. Very worst experience with bajaj and samsung. Till now no proper installation has been done. Instead i am facing problem.
        Cooler not working properly:
        i purchased on 3rd may with remote system,

        1. Remote not working
        2. buttons not working
        3. swing frame not perfect manufacture

          Hi this is naveen kumar nakkala my cont [protected] am from champapet hyderabad i purchased ifb washing machine on friday 5th of april 2019... When i purchasing that time they said delivery will be on sunday by oral... But sunday not delivered and monday morning around 10 am delivery boy called and taken time we are coming just 15 minutes... After 1 and half hour when i call back him this boy saying that i am in traffic and accident i could not be reach u now it will take more time and asking one hour again... When i approach regarding this issue with bajaj show room manager they said we not assured or not said any word about delivery time and date... Take when we are delivery that it... I surprised with this kind service...
          We purchased on festival occasion but product delivery delayed... I am really worried about it... Am not intrest now to teke delivery after festival... Its my sentiment... Please do suitable action regarding this issue... Specially manager said words... Ie. We are not given any particular / exact date or time do whatever...

            I bought a 5* lg ac on april 2nd-19 and since then not been able to operate remote beacuse of not knowing the functions, we called syed abdul rahman at attapur hyd to send someone and he told he'll send in a day or two but it's been already a week, nobody turned up despite calling him multiple times, there isn't any response from him on this service. I would request you to please send someone immediately to brie[censored]s about the remote functions.

              But this time the things changed and i'm very disappointed.
              Emi was not getting detected due to technical issue so i paid using gpay to the executive and he cleared first installment.
              Later 2nd month executive called me and provided me link and loan no. I followed and paid the bills.
              Similar way i paid the bills for the future month.

              hitachi ac 1.5 ton - installation not completed

              I bought Hitachi 1.5 ton split in Bajaj electronics Nizampet branch on Apr 31, 2019.

              During purchase of item, they told me that delivery takes two days and installation will be done on the next day.

              Ac is delivered on Mar 1, 2019. Till today (Mar 04, 2019), AC installation is not done.

              I have called the Bajaj Electronics showroom ([protected]) they have given me hitachi customer care number ([protected]),...

              This is regarding invoice no-1219/18e/s-19159, lg refrigerator was bought on 30 march 19, however still the product is not delivered, neither i am able to connect to your phone number provided in the invoice or in the website.

              This absolutely pathetic services, i was promised that the product will be delivered by 01 april 2019 at the maximum, however till date it is not delivered.

              Very bad experience with bajaj chandanagar store, were the executive very harsh and rude, and one of them was threatening me.

              None of executive are polite and when i complained to manager he was not so responsive.

              Request for some stringent action against these kind of service provider.

              Invoice no-1219/18e/s-19159 ; please process my complete money through up or electronic refunds.

                Bajaj electronics, chanda nagar branch, hyderabad; this is regarding invoice no-1219/18e/s-19159, lg refrigerator was bought on 30 march 19, however still the product is not delivered, neither i am able to connect to your phone number provided in the invoice or in the website. Also email id mentioned in the invoice is not functional.

                Anyhow i was able to contact them twice however the executives were rude enough stating service same everywhere.

                  I have purchased a sony android tv from bajaj electronics at ramanthapur on 10/03/19. They offered me sony wireless bt headset as a gift. But till now i didn't get the gift. The store people are saying it will take 10 more days which is delayed by 20days already. Initially they told me one week time now they are saying the product is out of stock. Please resolve the issue

                    I have purchased electronic items from bajaj electronics kothapet branch. I am working in andhra bank lb nagar. I have submitted bank dd to bajaj electronics. They have given me invoixe without including our gstin number. Our gstin number must be included in the original invoice, other wise i will not get reimbursement of the amount. I have requested for gstin bill but they are reluctant to give. It's my humble request. Please do the needful or else i will lose almost seventy thousand rupees. Please help me in this regard.

                      First of all, the salesman unnecessarily made pay rs.1000 in advance for booking a particular model of dishwasher. Now i have lost the advance payment receipt and they are now saying that they don’t have any record of my advance payment and will only return my money if i produce the advance payment receipt. I lost it because we moved to a different house and don’t have the receipt now. I don’t think any company accepting money from customer can say they don’t have record of the same. What do they plan to do, if the customer looses the receipt?? Keep his money?? Is that good ethical business practice??
                      Last week i was purchase washing machine in panjagutta hyderabad location . Problem the tap adapter was removed mostly it does not fixed properly with in 4 days the tap adapter was fall down please send any technician present machine under warranty. we will not pay for this service because it is under warranty

                        Bajaj guys are the biggest lier in this world. I never seen this kind liers in this world and they will keep you updated with new stories. Please do not purchase product from bajaj and try some other shops not from bajaj..
                        They don't even respond to your call or mails.. The sales guy manideep [protected] he is a big lier in panjagutta showroom.. Told lot of stories during my purchase after that he not even responding my calls.. We have been waiting to deliver since last 3 days but so far no one is responding... I will bang this guys tomorrow to visit panjagutta showroom...
                        I purchased a VOLTAS Make air cooler on 04.03.19 and it is delivered on 05.03.19 at 9:30PM. When we started using and fill the water in tank, the water is leaking from bottom and we saw there is air crack in the tank.

                          On 19th of february i went bajaj electronics @ karmanghat and purchased samsung ac worth 40, 500, without confirming the stock, salesman billed me then i left the shop with confirmation from salesman that u will receive ac tomorrow. I contacted the salesperson on 20 feb and he said that your ac will be delivered tomorrow as the stock is not available. So, i requested him to give me another ac by hitachi then i booked as per salesperson request too. Then on 21 feb, he said the ac will be delivered on 22 feb but still now no response from bajaj electronics. Since 4 days, as of now, then, the salesperson again telling that ur ac will be delivered tomorrow that is on 23 feb. So, my request is now i want my money back and thereafter i don't want to buy ac now. So, return my money back which i paid 13500 as of downpayment and purchased through bajaj finance as per the request of salesman. I need my money back.

                            This is worst service ever i seen in my life and one more couple of days back i went to buy water purifier at that time manager told me less price (Price discount for 26th jan republic day after) after two days i went on 25th jan he increased the price and his behavior is tooo worst with customer

                              Hi team, i bought a godrej edje 210 ltr fridge at bajaj electronics chandanagar branch. I received the fridge after 1 day with a dent on it at the bottom part of the fridge after paying complete amount in cash. I am worried about the decision i took to buy a product from bajaj electronics. Staff are rude and are un responsive. I would need immediate assistance to get this replaced and get the issue resolved. Thanks

                                Every 5 min tv was switching off we don't know the reason we bought the tv on 15/03/2018. 1 year warranty is there. Kindly resolve the issue. We bought it in bajaj electronics chanda nagar branch. Hyderabad from 1 week on wards it ios happening kindly do the needful. We are not aware why this was happening. Kindly send your service provider. Its not even a year.
                                We have purchased samsung washing machine on[protected] the product was not working declared by samsung service people as on today[protected] they have not replaced.its a demo pcs supplied as it doest look like company sealed repacked Bajaj has the worst service we are continously in follow up but no use

                                  Sir i am srujan from hyderabad. Today evening i went to buy a refrigerator in bajaj electronics in karmanghat (Hyderabad) store. I have asked a person named aamir in that store to show me refrigerator.
                                  But he gave me reply "there is no one to show refrigerators" very rudely. I have complained to the store manager but still he didn't respond and in his place some other executive has shown the refrigerator.

                                  I have purchased a samsung refrigerator on[protected]. The invoice number of the same is 1211/185/5-6243. The refrigerator was delivered to my house by evening the same day and i have exchanged it for an old one. The sales person in the store (Habsiguda branch) told me that the exchange money should be collected at the counter after 2 days. My driver visited the store along with the bill to collect the amount many times but couldnt get hold of the money. The sales person says at first he dosent have the money and asked to comeback next day which my driver did. But now the sales perrson gives a mobile number [protected] sai manager and asks us to call him and speak.
                                  Till today my driver visited the store many times and i spoke to the sales person on phone he says the manager is on leave what can i do you have the number you call him.
                                  When i purchased a product from the shop why will i call the manager? And if the manager is on leave there should be someone else to take up the responsibility.
                                  I have been shopping with bajaj from long and this is a very bad experience.
                                  Request you to take action as soon as possible.
