I have purchased a bajaj food processor “bajaj platini 1000w”, on 13th apr16, from priya associates, pimpri, pune vide invoice no 48961
On the very first day o[censored]se, we observed that it’s not working properly.
Actually we tried to knead atta/flour, but it didn’t worked out
Then your demo representative visited on 16th april, where he also observed the same concern he tried three times with fresh flour, but every time it failed
Finally, he said that the issue is with gear system and said that he will get it replaced
My complaint no is 9590347
Would request you to arrange to return the food processor, when, any new product which is bought with great enthusiasm does not work as promised, brings down the interest
