Bajaj Electronics — geyser remote not working | |||
Sir, This is to be brought to your notice that i purchased a geyser (Bajaj, calanda model) from kamalia sales, ranchi on 11.09.2018 which was installed on 12.09.2018 and the remote of the same found to be defective. I tried to inform the matter through customer care, bajaj call centre and also to kamalia sales, ranchi but each of them throw the ball to other’s court denying the onus on their own for replacement of the same. Being a customer, i am feeling harassed. Finding no other option, i have decided to bring the matter to your knowledge and request you to please take expeditious necessary action for replacement of the said remote.
