I purchased a double door whirlpool 265 literes refrigerator model neo df278 prm sn bronz 3s-20678 from bajaj electronics store based at 5-4-17, jn road, abids, hyderabad on 21 july 2018.
The product was delivered on 22 july 2018 with a defective freezer door that does not close properly and will effect the function of the unit and cause long-term repair issues, even after immediate complaint to the dealer in person at the store they are refusing to take any action and says it is the manufacturer responsibility and will not provide any replacement before any technician authentication of the defect.
The whirlpool office hyderabad has not sent over any technician yet to rectify the complaint and the incharge is being abusive and rude while customer queries.
The dealer has been misleading us from the first visit at the store and is not assuring any replacement or return and refund if the product is found defective by the whirlpool technician.
Need immediate action on this complaint
