I had purchased hitachi inverter ac on 14th april 2016 and still it is not installed. Nobody gives response on hitachi helpline number and at bajaj electronics also they keep on ignoring our phone calls and requests to get the installation done. We went to store after the issue was not resolved on phone. But there we met few more people facing same issue. The store manager also got himself lost somewhere seeing so many frustrated customers. It feels like i was robbed of rs 51000.Worst ever service.Don't purchase anything from bajaj and hitachi. If they cannot install d ac then how will they solve any future complain if it occurs. Worst customer service.They cheat people like us. I want to return ac back now and get my money. Smaller stores are more better then dis aleast we dnt have to run to stores to get our complaint solved. Was this information helpful? |
