Bajaj Electronics — Installation not done till 5 days of buying washing machine

Hello, I bought Bosch washing machine from Nallakunta branch on sunday, 1st Nov and the delivery was done on Monday saying the Installation / Demo will be done on the same day. Today is Friday and still nobody turned up for installation. I called them every day 4- 5 times and I get answer saying that it will be done
