Bajaj Electronics — Kent Purifier defective piece and misbehavior by security and executive

The executive and the manager gave a defective piece and on replacement they argue that, i should not talk to him about it
also the security person misbehaved for parking, as we were catching auto for taking the purchase material to home


this is the bajaj electronics and it shows clear intention of cheating the customer
i need strict action on security person, executive and manager
