Sir I am a happy customer of Bajaj electronics, hyd since 10 years. But last week when I visited Malakpet branch, the experience was very bad.
I came to take Samsung tab, I waited for almost 15- 20 mints, but their was no one to attend me. I asked On sales guy, to assist me but he said to wait, I asked one more sales Boy he said he from tv section so he does no the cost of the tab. Now a day's when every one is going for online shopping, still few customers are comming to showroom, I am also in marketing and know the importance of walk in customers, I would suggest the Management or floor incharge to look in the matter.
