Bajaj Electronics — poor service and faulty products | |||
We purchased a washing machine on 18th may, on installation on 25th may it was discovered by demo executive that it had some defect. We immediately reached out to bajaj electronics, gachibowli store where we purchased the product from and informed about the issue. They assured us that the faulty product will be replaced immediately. But its already been 4 days and we haven't received the replacement. Everytime we call we are told it will be done today and they have ample of excuses ready for not being able to do it yet. Highly irresponsible staff experience. This looks like an infinite loop o[censored]s visiting their store everyday and them making false promises. Was this information helpful? | |||
