I have purchased 5 appliances from Bajaj in sep-oct 2021 and in less than an year, 3 (three) products fridge, chimney and hob stove had issues and needed replacement of parts. I have reached customer care support of Faber Chimney and Samsung Refrigerator but issue wasn't resolved. I approached Bajaj electronics as dealers are equally responsible to sell and give product service purchased in the store. They do not take my calls or give updates on service requests. Glen Hob stove CS took 2 months to resolve the issue after making continuous calls, they charged me for some parts even though the product is under warranty
Faber service is pathetic too! 1-2 months since the start of service request and no update about the issue
Samsung refrigerator hasn't been working for a week and issue isn't solved.
Both faber and Samsung CS says parts are unavailable to do it in time.
I do not understand parts are not available at service centres even for such noted companies
