We've bought a Samsung 28L microwave oven from Bajaj electronics (Ecil, Hyderabad), on 11th of September, got delivered next day and were told to not open the product Samsung agent would come and do it but the Samsung agent took 5 days to attend the service and came on Saturday (16th September) while attending the product the agent said that the play button has some fault and it need to be replacedand left.
We tried all our best and got the product replaced from the Ecil branch (which was very difficult we went through series of calls and had to visit the store couple of times to ask them to deliver a new one). Finally now after the piece is replaced, it's been 3 days and nobody came to check/open it, it's just laying in dust in our home.
Can something be done about this? It's already been 2 weeks since we ordered the product.
