Bajaj Electronics — Reckless response after product purchase. | |||
I have bought a refrigerator and ideally it should be delivered in a day. I have been told that it gets delivered next day. I said ok. It was not delivered next day. After two days also, there was no response. I had to call the person who assisted in buying the product. He gave me one delivery person's number. I contacted him also and then there was no proper response from delivery person. He said he is just in my place and reaching in 10 minutes.In very next minute, i was told that it won't get delivered on the day surprisingly. Reckless response. There is no professional work culture. Its been 3 days and i kept on calling on the status. Still no positive response. I had to keep on calling them and they don't even have information about who is delivering. Just giving reply in air that they are on the way. Very disappointing service.
