Dear sir/ mam - i had purchased bajaj cooler from the dealer "vijay sales" @ asharam road branch, ahmedabad. After one month from the purchase date, i started facing so many technical issues/ problems in cooler for which i have also lodged complain for thrice but each and every time the cooler causes with multiple defects viz viz water flowing outside, not starting properly etc.
Basis our latest complain lodged dated on 12/06/2016, engineer came to our house and inspected the issue and asked for replacement of motor, stand etc. As discussed with engineer, he has claimed that due to unavailability of the parts with company, complain is yet to be resolved and stand unresolved.
Request you to pls look into this matter on top most priority as we have been facing lot of issue since from the date of purchase... Moreover, there is no response and priority resolution received in the captioned query...
Appreciate your positive response in the is case as it's create wrong image/ perception in the mind of customer as far as after sales services concerned...
