With due respect i would like to in form you that i am a customer of your company... On 31/05/2016 from yourdealer name new ramayan m. G. Road, tezpur assam, 784001.. I was purching a bajaj majesty 6 gpu water heater. Product sr. No. G[protected].. From the shope... When i go my home i feel it is not suficiant for my family, than i decided to take 10 liter water heater.. Next day due to my official meeting i am not able to go to return the product. So i go on today for returing. I gently talk with them that please return my product, i want 10 liter.. But the shope woner refuse to return. And they use bad maner with me and say that they could not return.. Evan i say to them please talk with respected company.. But they are not any response with me... So i confused what i can do.??? So i write this mail to..
So that i request you to kindly solved my problem as soon as possible..
