Bajaj Electronics — Regarding washing machine damaged product delivered

My name is nares my bill number 1251/22/s/8064
I have purchased 3 items with your bajaj electronics nizamabad district Telangana state on[protected]. Items fridge and washing machine and grinder in that washing machine item recieved damaged products from your store
I called store person but they are telling that we have to receive d confirmation frm company. it has to b 3 days passed but no replacement given to me...
And today morning they are telling that today your product replaced now i am clling they are telling that there us no stock at store ..and they don't give clarity to when replacement given...

Kindly resolve issue within 24 hours..
