Bajaj Electronics — Report of Minor Scratches on Recently Delivered Refrigerator Request for Resolution

I’m writing regarding the refrigerator (Model: GL-T262TESX/2024, delivered to my home on 13TH JUNE 2025.

While the unit appeared fine at first glance, I noticed several fine scratches when shining a phone flashlight over the surface. These blemishes were not visible under normal lighting but become clearly noticeable with side lighting. I tried to take photo but it is not visible.

As a newly delivered fridge, I believe it should have arrived in pristine condition. Under consumer rights guidelines, appliances must be free from damage and fit for purpose .
however I called to employee who has given demo of fridge when visited the store and asked to visit.he is not bothered as it is late response.

Please let me know what resolution you can provide or redirect to concerned department.I’d appreciate a response .
