I have purchased a Samsung 55JU6470 UHD 4K smart tTV on 16/01/2016 from Bajaj Electronics, Nagole Branch. There was an offer of free Home Theatre of Samsung Make model HT-J5130 with the above TV. The stores manager Mr. Suresh and the sales executive Mr.Jaffer assured that the free item will come within 10 days. Now more that 02 months have passed but I didn't get my free Home Theatre. I made lot of correspondence with the stores as well as Samsung Company Regional Office in Begumpet. They were keep on asking time and dragging on the issue. Now on 17.03.16, I was told by R.O of Samsung that the free item has come and handed over to the Bajaj Stores. Your contact Bajaj stores and collect your item. When I contacted Bajaj stores, Nagole I was told to wait further 02 days as some mistake took place by them. I am very much disappointed and frustrated with this reply. Now I have decided to approach consumer forum and file a case against Bajaj stores from where I purchased my TV after waiting for 02 more days as requested by Mr. Karthik, Bajaj stores, Nagole. Kindly look into and do the needful at the earliest please.
