Sir I have purchased washing machine from dilsukhnagar bajaj electronics on 14.2.2021. 11750 paid. At the time of purchase I have given my number to register with company for further correspondence. My neighbour's number was given as alternative number. The sales executive Mr Nadeem and Tand the counter clerk chandra sekhar Reddy generated bill who was not in a good mood did not responded to me when I was asking about bill and payment details. After payment they gave me the bill . I have noticed a mistake. They recorded neighbors phone numbers who came just to show me the shop. Instead of my mobile number as primary number . Immediately I brought to the notice of counter clerk teddy and sales executive nadeem too and requested to rectify the same.
Both of them showed negligence . Especially counter clerk said that bill is wrong and in computer they took my number only.he said.
How can it be printed without including in the profile of customer sir?
I have requested again to change it. Becoz neighbors dont want to get disturbed by any calls. But they bluffed that the number is correct. No need to change .
delivery boy called neighbour's instead of me. Samsung company called them instead of me. Till today I didnot receive a single call from bajaj electronics . Whereas they are getting all calls. Todsy in the afternoon when she was sleeping shop people called for a promotional call .they are complaining sir. Why cant they rectify the mistake at their end. I have called on the day of delivery and later on also to Mr Nadeem and requested him to change the phone number . He did not take any action .please take action against them. Do needful actually I wanted to buy dish washer this week. But their response is not good .please do me needful . Now also I have called showroom on [protected]. The clerk cut off my phone. Did not help me. Please take action against them sir
