Bajaj Electronics — Staff misbehave | |
Hi, i am Abhilash(relationship manager in one of the reputed MNC), today (9.5.21, at 18:30pm) we(Me and my fiancee) visited bajaj electronics store in Madhapur (kavuri hills) for an inquiry to buy(planed to buy in one week) TV, Refrigerator and AC .mr Hemanth has received us and shown different TV's and given (best hospitality) suggestion which is helped us to select the product later we visited refrigerator division. there my fiancee had faced misbehaved by your employee who has given demo us ( Name is not aware but he is worn plain shirt) later we went to AC division and taken demo and left the store. after reached home, she has opened the mouth and said he (who has given refrigerator demo)is misbehaved with eyesight is very discomfortble at her and he was used some words with her like asking personal details and phone numbers while im busy with cheking the products).she is feeling panic to visite your store again .first i thought to give a police complaint but after some time i relised that mistake is not with him.probelem is with store management who is not trained well the staff .if encourege this kind of staff in stores, dam sure your people will loose the bussines and aswell as reputation of entire BAJAJ retaile sector.in this crisis time getting bussines is dificult but you people are loosing the customer due to this kind of people.we are looking for possitive response from your end.then only we can visit your store(probably other out let) to buy the needs.i am expecting good response from your side on ASAP. my mail Id: [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |
