Today I went to SR NAGAR to purchase lenovo laptop. Mr Ibrahim showed me and explained about the product. finally I paid the amount of rs.65000. to my surprise he brought one used laptop fr inside and convinced me that it is a new one .bill also prepared. when I expressed my unhappiness he said sorry and he handed over the duplicate bill and asked me to come tomorrow to collect new one. ur organization opened 100 Branch and i[censored] people sell used products what will happens to the image . cheating a customer is not at all correct. i want explanation regarding this issue. bill no 1252/21/s/-39190 dated 14022022. pl refund my money or else I need to search for an alternative. now even they give me new piece how to believe that. regards [protected]
