I have buyed a washing machine and a refrigerator in Fritzy electronics on 24th Aug for 13000 rupees. Then when i tried using it the products were fully damaged where both are in bad condition. When i informed the same to the person who coordinated with me they said it will be replaced in 2 days after that also it was not done. I followed up for the sane and went to their office location as well but also they gave silly reasons and still it is not replaced and now since 11th Sep they are not responding for calls and messages.
