Sir, I have purchased a washing machine in the month January 2021. It was not functioning well. Samsung service center mechanics came to my house to rectify the the problem but invain. The washing machine making much noise and more vibration.. Service centre manager is saying that I have to compromise with the sound and vibration. I have purchased the washing machine for Rs 73000/. There is no need for me to compromise with the sound and vibration. In this regard I request you to kindly rafund me my amount at an early time
