Dear Bajaj electronics team,
I have faced worrest experience with Bajaj electronics at Karimnagar branch.
Your branch manager Mr. Gangaram was behaviour is not at all good with Customers, the way he is talking not at all respective mannaer with customers and he is raising voice uselessly while I am discussing with ... about purchase bill.
I want to stress few sentences he mentioned with while argument:
1. He don't have time to explain for the people who purchase one item in Bajaj electronics.
2. He will not bother for single purchase customer and he will not respect if any one will purchase single order.
3. Also he is mentioned that block this customer.
I was wondering the sentences he mentioned above. If i purchase multiple items then he may bother?
You should train the employees to treat the customers, other wise it would be impact the whole branch. You might have multiple customers but customer have one Bajaj electronics in Karimnagar.
As of now I have very good opinion with Bajaj electronics and also I referred many friends but after this issue my opinion was completely changed, and it turns like complete opposite.
