We are concerned to note the feeling of dissatisfaction expressed in your e-mail. Due to an inadvertent technical error, the refund was processed to your HDFC bank account instead of your State Bank of India account. When we identified the error, the payment were already released and the UTR were generated successfully. Since you have swapped your bank details from HDFC to SBI, we request you to please confirm whether the HDFC bank account is active or closed. In case the account is active we request you to please co-ordinate with your concerned bank authority in this regard. We would also like to inform you that your feedback is shared to the concerned team to ensure such error is not repeated.
