Bajaj Finance — harassment by ladies staff to give number of calls that your emi is bounced but they have not taken into account no. as per disbursement | |||
Respected sir, i have booked a dishwasher neptune vx on 6/11/2018 with customer account no.[protected]. I have given them a photostat copy of the cancelled cheque no.703109 of andhra bank. Now your staff there on 6/11/18 showed me on screen we have changed your account no. From 0441 to 0292. Later on when they started to give me calls for bouncing of cheques i requested mr. Taranjit singh to give me proof that you have changed my account no. There and then. He gave me copy of disbursement memo which clearly depicts that my account no. For deduction is with last four difgit is 0292. You have only copy of cancelled cheque no. 0292. So why this harassement on part of bajaj staff. Whjy this penality of rs/450 + rs 200 from your side. Thanks god i have not taken any big loan from such a bad company. Please resolve my issue. I am bend not to give any single penny of latte fees or bouncing of cheque of wrong account taken by your company. So dont spoile my cibil ratings in your records by the mistake of the company bajaj finaserv. I asked number of times to your staff to change the number of account to your staff but they told me it is changed we are here on 6/11/18. Butbecause of dewali rush they committed a mistake.
