Bajaj Finance — Need to change registered phone number and email address and poor customer service. | |||||
Hi bajaj team, I am sweety ingle. my bajaj customer id : 1727140. i do not for which reason my registered phone which is [protected] (correct mobile number). all my otp are going to [protected] (incorrect mobile number/ non existent). we have spoke to 7 different customer executive's with no use we do not blame them. we tried to do personal approach as we tried to approach an bajaj agent who sits at kompally bajaj showroom who was very very rude and diverted back to customer service again even after we telling him our problem. so we went to bajaj finserv branch at kukatpally hyderabad - agent sitting there is not even listening to us and looking at his phone. so our last option is to send this email. please update my registered phone number to [protected] and my email to : ingle.
