It is really surprising that i had bought one whirepool washing machine from great eastern trading company through monthly emi in the year 2005. All the emis were paid / deducted from my bank account. It is a matter of 13 years back. Now i receive phone call from mobile no. [protected] on several times a day asking my emi is still due. It is such a stupid attitude. After almost 13 years how and why bajaj finance can claim money and unnecessary harass me. Is there any solution? Bajaj finance is such a cheat company i had no idea before. They want to cheat money from public. Everyone should be aware of this attitude and do not get yourselves involve with such cheat company. Feb 26, 2018 Updated by MRINAL KANTI BANERJEE From today onwards if I receive further phone call, I will have no option but to lodge a complain with the Human Rights Commission and also to the local Police Station for unnecessary harassing me. Idiotic and Cheat attitude should be stopped immediately. Feb 27, 2018 Updated by MRINAL KANTI BANERJEE The caller of Mobile No. [protected] of Bajaj Finance should be booked and drastic action to be taken against him or he should be sacked immediately for unnecessary harassing a senior citizen though all the EMI was successfully cleared and that is also after 13 years of purchase. It is ridiculous, Shame ! Shame ! Bajaj Finance to be black listed by the Ministry of Company Affairs, New Delhi. Regretfully, MRINAL KANTI BANERJEE Feb 28, 2018 Updated by MRINAL KANTI BANERJEE Yesterday i.e. on February 27, 2018 one guy claimed himself as Bajaj Finance people and phoned me from his Mobile No. [protected]. Very frequently he/she used to threaten me that 13 years back I had bought one Washing Machine for which one EMI is still due. I told him that all the EMIs has already been paid successfully through RTGS and not by me neither by cash. Why after 13 years you are harassing me ? He is very rude in speaking. Please take stern action. Either arrest him for threatening a senior citizen of India or Sack him from Service of Bajaj Finance immediately. I am awaiting your answer immediately and urgently. If no stern action is taken and if further phone call is not stopped immediately, then I will have no option but to commit suicide. Regretfully, Mrinal Kanti Banerjee

Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end [protected] comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court.
