[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — account is close but in cibil (credit bureau) showing active)

In credit mintri my account is showing active in front of bajaj.
I was paid all amount of bajajfinserv loan through kotak
Mahindra bank. Total amount 15969.
Bajajfinserv acc no.4170cd02866575.
Bajajfinserv & kotak contract no. Of loan acc is bf5c014878.
I have recieved closure letter & no dues certificate from kotak.
(Ref. No. 2017-18:182855).
