Hi, I have bought a Refrigerator through Bajaj Finserv . After that My 1st EMI date was 2nd of Sept-2015. Due to some issue from MY bank my ECS mandate got rejected so I visited Bajaj Finserv Madiwala Branch-Bangalore and maid the advance EMI on Aug- 23rd. Till today the amount which i Paid is not reflecting in customer portal I have contacted the customer care but the response was very poor or worst. Since 2 week's am continuously doing mail followup with Madiwala Branch team Mr.Arjun who collected the EMI from Me about this status. So far i haven't received and response . Even I mailed this to the complaint id which is showing in website " [protected]@bajajfinserv.in '. No response . I really disappointed with the service which Bajaj Finserv is proving to the customers. I strongly belive that i lost My money.

Hi,

I have purchased few consumer durable using Bajaj finserv. My EMI will be completed in the month of oct'16. However when I downloaded my repayment schedule it states that my repayment is till Feb'17 that it from Nov'16 till Feb'17 it is advance EMI. The amount for Nov'16 till Feb'17 shows in minus. So I'm confused whether I need to pay EMI till Feb'17. Can someone explain me what is Advance EMI? I'm not able to reach customer care to enquire about this with the numbers given by the Bajaj Finserv
