[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — advance payment paid, but still showing overdue | |
Hello, Loan account no: 4140cd39455807 I made an advance payment through online on 14th october for november emi. When i checked in the bajaj portal i can see that the amount is debited there. Now you are telling my check is bounced... How??? Because of my bank issue i cant use the emi facility, sothat i am making advance payment. Last two months it was ok. But this month what happned??? The persons sitting in the trivandrum branch office are totally waste. They are telling that there is no option for advance payment, only option for overdue and their behaviour is totally rude. Why you are putting these kinds of people without proper knowledge of your process... Why??? When i asked for a higher authority/responsible person, they are saying that there is no such higer person for complaining... Please give me a proper reply as soon as possible because i already paid my amount for the month of november, but still the system showing its overdue and you are asking for me the overdue charges.
