Hi,

My name is loomen antony with id 21604242 am an existing consumer of bajaj finserv, before one month i got a call form bajaj sales team madurai, tamilnadu saying that you can avail 500000 of pl i ask them for my eligibility they collected my documents with 2 blank cheques (Executive name: nathiya - [protected]) after 2 days she told that i am only eligible for 300000 i told her to cancel the application after that next day i got a call from suresh - manager [protected] & kowshik - [protected] he convinced me to avail the loan i told him to cancel the application but till now i am following them for my cheques but there is no proper response from them also not pikingup the call. Kindly help to get them back, if it does not happen i am going to raise a police complaint.

        Dear sir, bajaj Finserv not cancel my loan no 406ECF58165111 till now..my Phillips Hair Straightener amount rs. 1899 was already refunded by flipkart to bajaj and Samsung mobile amount rs 12900 was refunded by 16 November 2017 but bajaj cancelled my Loan account No 406ECF49918040 of rs 14799 and disbursed amount and started a new loan account no 406ECF58165111 of rs 11000 with EMI of rs1834 for 6 months. I am sending the refund transaction from Flipkart to bajaj below:
        Refund Update: Rs.12900 has been refunded to your <bank account/credit card/ debit card> on <date> by seller and will be credited by[protected], 02:42 PM In case of any delay, please check with your bank using ref no PZT[protected]WG1506. You can find your bank?s customer care number behind your credit/debit card or on their website.

                  advance payment paid, but still showing overdue

                  Loan account no: 4140cd39455807

                  I made an advance payment through online on 14th october for november emi. When i checked in the bajaj portal i can see that the amount is debited there. Now you are telling my check is bounced... How???

                  Because of my bank issue i cant use the emi facility, sothat i am making advance payment. Last two months it was ok. But this month what happned???

                  I have applied for elite emi card and paid amount of rs 4777 for card on 4th september 2017, i have neither received card nor received the payment made towards the card, these people are making fraud to exisiting customers in the name of digital longe, its more than 75 days completed no response from the team, mr raj patil, my relationship manager not responding over mails or calls i have made, if this continues ill move legally and will look what to do..

                    I have got a call from bajaj finserv for the flexi loan account. I have agreed to start the loan process. The telecaller and the representatives were responded initially. But after approved the loan they were not willing to take up my call for clarifications. They have deducted additional amount from the loan approved amount and yet to resolve that issue.

                    Many times tried with customer care but not get any solution.

                    Think and go with this service. If you get clear breakdown for the disbursal amount then go with that. Else you cannot catch any one from this group.

                    I have asked the representative to remove the wallet protection from the disbursal amount. But its not been removed yet.

                    Even the sales person not picking my call. They have given the same false promise to my friend. He is also struggling more, .

                    By this status i will raise a complaint in all the forums as Bajaj Finserv giving false commitments for the Flexi Loan.
                    I have applied for a loan i have received three times conformation in my mail . yesterday i have submitted my
                    5 cheque to the local office . after that loan not disbursed and no one is responding from bajaj . this is very bad and wrost service from bajaj finance .they are only harashing and cheating with peoples .so its request to all never apply for a loan in bajaj finance they are the cheater peoples . i wil definitely make a case againest them for harshing me .

                        one executive taken as cold outside

                        One of my friend is taken ac on my name and he is not paid emis regularly i paid some emis. Now 2 emis are pending. Custmor care person called me regarding emi i told that executive to take ac and clear my account. Executive is came and taken ac and sold out side.                             I am completely fedup with services of bajaj finserv. They are cheater and fraud company. I have applied for home loan with top up in bajaj finserv. They debited
                            Loan amount of rs.1028368 and rs.284360 (Account 401sho42311520 / 401sho[protected] to me on 19th jun 2017 but physically received both cheque of rs.1028368 and rs.284360 on 18 july 2017.
                            There is an almost one month broken period. There was their internal problem that is why this delay happened. I am not responsible for this delay.

                            Same thing happened with top up loan, as per account statement, amount is debited to me on 18 aug 2017 but amount credited to my bank account of rs.1019583 on 17 oct 2017 (Account 401sho[protected]. There is an almost two months broken period.

                            I wrote many email to prashant singh (Area sales manager), [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@bajajfinserv.in,
                            [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but they did not reply. Every time i got mail from [protected]@bajajfinserv.in mentioning that "we are unable to process
                            The broken period interest refund against your home loans however loan has been processed the per the signed documents and you have signed the interest
                            Bearing certificate".

                            They are cheater as i am not aware when they got signed on interest bearing certificate"from me. They never told me about this form.

                            It almost 4 months passed, i did not get any resolution of this. This is my hard earned money and i cannot accept deduction of extra amount at any cost.

                            I am using many products of bajaj like home loan, personal loan, general insurance etc. But now i lost believe from bajaj company and its products. From now

                            I will never use any product of bajaj in future and never suggest to others to take bajaj’s product. As soon as possible, i will try to exit from all products of bajaj. Also will post a blog regarding this cheating.

                            I request to all, please do not take any product from bajaj company. Still if you need to take loan, please read all documents twice before sign and never sign on"interest bearing certificate" as bajaj finserv are cheater and fraud and not have any moral values.

                            Hi, I'm not aware of any such document nor did I sign, to the best of my belief, the above mentioned document.

                            I was asked to sign on blank form. Bajaj-finserv has filled it later according to their convenience. This is totally fraud. According to the form, document List (OTC DM) was pending on 15-Jun-2017, however I was not at all informed by Bajaj person, about what the OTC-DM document is. Home Loan BT and home-loan-top-up were disbursed with 1 and 2 month delays respectively due to Bajaj internal issue like- builder not listed in Bajaj etc. as per Mr. Dipendra Kumar(Bajaj employee).

                            It was very surprising that 1st EMI was deducted on 2nd Oct itself( while, loan disbursed was on 17-Oct). It was very ridiculous how EMI can be deducted before disbursement of top-Up-loan.

                            I wrote email to Mr. Prashant Singh (Area Sales Manager, Ph#[protected], Dipendra Kumar[protected] and [protected]@bajajfinserv.in regarding this nonsense and requested to stop processing of top-up-loan. So they responded positively at that time that this deduction is by mistake and will be refunded later on, which did never happen.

                            I had already submitted all documents in time even then loan disbursement was delayed by 1 and 2 month delays. Therefore, I want complete refund of this broken period interest (Rs.26, 656) because I am not responsible for these delays at all.

                            Failing which, I’m going to sue Bajaj-finserv for this mental and financial harassment.

                              I am got Cheated from Bajaj Home Loan segment, The ask me to transfer my HDFC Home Loan to BAJAJ, with a OD limit of 12 Lakh, but after transfer of my loan no body is interested to talk with me, in fact all Bajaj Employee including of RM of MP is not reviving my call from last 6 days, and they have no answer about my case.
                              Regarding updating my PAN card number please do update my pan number

                                EMI card no-[protected], customer name-R Muthuraman, Mobile No-[protected], we had purchased LG TV(42inch) through Bajaj EMI card on 15/09/2018 based on confirmation from bajaj stating that Extended warranty for 2 years after manufacturer warranty expires. Now we are facing problem in TV so we want to use the extended warranty to resolve problem in TV, we are trying to contact customer number but all contact numbers are not in use. Its one of pathetic way of after sales service. Please look in to priority to resolve immediately other wise I will escalate this issue to CEO of bajaj finserv. Expecting your quick response.

                                  I don't know what happend to u bajaj finserv team there is no point to unblock my emi card i'm paying emi properly and there is no bounce failure or something emi card number [protected] customer id 6598553 without any mail or notice u people blocked my card without any reason u people blocked my emi card please unblock it kindly i'm requesting you.
