I recently applied for line of credit from bajaj and it's got approved (Bangalore). The worst part is, sales team will not take care about your service and you will not know to whom you should contact for support. Their customer care number[protected] will not give you an option to speak with support team member. Please replay to this email thread if any one know's other options to contact them.

problems with foreclosure

I had taken loan from bajaj last year and two weeks back i went for for-closure. I gave the cheque for the remaining amount. However to my surprise cheque was never presented and these cheaters were saying my cheque got bounced and when i ask them for bounce memo they don't have the answer. When i verified the same with the bank, i came to know that this cheque was never presented. These buggers are simply killing time saying they are working...

My emi card has been blocked by bajaj finserv for unknown reasons. I have mailed them many times but the reply i am getting is general one. I do not have any history of cheque bounce no i have any bad cibil record. I am asking them for a specific reason that they are not giving me at wecare. I really don't know what is happening with the customer care but i am really fed up now.
I have taken more than 5 to 6 loans from bajaj emi card...
