Bajaj Finserv — annual inactive fees rs 117/-

I would like to close my emi card with bajaj finserv. I received a message station i will be charged a fee of rs 117/- on feb 2019 as a annual inactibe fees dor my emi card. To be justified i was having a loan running till october 2018 and i really dnt undertsand how come they are stating inactive? I want this issue to be addressed so i called the customer care and whenever i call there will be a automated voice msg saying the customer care agents are attending other customers. I dont knw whether they really have a customer care or they jst run with this automated voice msg so no one will ever call. Thank god i was going to open a deposit account with them. Bow i wont.
