Bajaj Finserv — Arrest warrant issued although I have paid the loan and also have an NOC

I bought an LED TV in 2011 & unfortunately my cheque bounced as it was issued from an account that was closed. After realising my mistake I paid the loan in full & have also received an NOC from the company. I have started receiving a call from mobile number [protected] posing as a sub inspector Rajinder Singh from Bandra court saying that an arrest warrant has been issued & he also gave me a number [protected] of Anil Kumar Tripathi who claims that he is a Lawyer. They are threatening me with dire consiquence even though I have the NOC can someone please help with this
