Bajaj Finserv — bajaj finserv cancel my gtl health insurance policy

This is to inform you that i have take a loan recently from bajaj finserv loan application no-424pmt89761349. I recently received a message starting that health and gtl health insurance policy no-4108594 have been applied against my name whereas i have not applied for such any insurance policy. This policy have been applied without any prior information. Therefore, i am not liable to pay any premium for that polity. So kindly request you to cancel my gtl health policy no-5868294. And send me a confirmation of the cancelation of the policy as soon as possible.
