[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — bajaj finserv emi loan card complaint | |||||
Hi customer care team, Please cancel my bajaj finserv loan emi card which i had availed to buy a washing machine in 2012. I dont need this card anymore as i am out of the country and it is a waste to me when you deduct annual fees every year. While i was in india this december i have already called to cancel this card but i get an sms on my indian mobile number that the fee will be deducted again this year of rs. 117 (99 +gst). I am writing again (21st feb, 2018 and again to check what is happening on the closure/cancellation of my Bajaj Finserv EMI card. How many times need I to write to you to cancel this card. Please do not charge me the annual fee unnecessarily. Kindly get back to me soon on this.
My registered contact details are [protected]@rediffmail.com, my address is 24, Alamkrutha Behind Star Bakery, off PWD Main Road, Akash Nagar, Dooravani Nagar PO Bangalore - 16 and customer id is 6100475. I had picked up a Godrej Eon Washing Machine on this card in year2012.
