Dear Team,
I received a call from Bajaj Finserv for an OD loan and was interested because I wanted money for financial backup and they informed me there will be no processing fee and other hidden charges (Attached mail communication) if I am taking this OD loan in the month of December.
Hence, I proceeded with further process and signed a few documents where it was mentioned as the Loan Amount of 32, 50, 000.
I was confused because I requested for a Loan Amount of Rs. 5, 00, 000/- only.
Hence I had a verbal communication with Syed Basha (syed.[protected]@bajajfinserv.in) and Ayush (prince.[protected]@rarecrown.com) and they confirmed that Rs. 32, 50, 000 will go for approval only but after my confirmation or approval loan of 5, 00, 000/- will disbursed to my OD account.
Such things were completely misleading.
Amount of Rs.32, 09, 203 directly got credited to my Bank Account without any customer approval or prior knowledge.
As discussed with Ayush & Syed previously, there will be no processing fee but Rs 40, 797 has been deducted as a processing fee and other charges.
Currently, I have transferred Rs.32, 09, 203 to Virtual Account and the remaining Rs.40, 797/- is showing as Utilized Limit and monthly EMI of 6503/- will be deducted from Next Month(January).
As discussed with Ayush verbally I should get a Cashback Voucher of 40, 797/- which I have not received yet.
Due to these specific reasons I want to cancel this OD Loan asap.
Requesting you to close the loan account# P404PSP6058278.
