I have availed flexi loan from bajaj finance ltd. Customer id:176258 i wanted to pay total outstanding amount rs. 6, 30, 000.in 1 shot. As i cant make online payment more than 1 lakhs from my bank per day. But bank is not allowing me to pay payment of total outstanding amount through dd as part payment. But bank is insisting me to foreclose loan and pay extra amount of 30, 000 (4.72 % foreclosure charges). I dont want to close loan but as a facility of flexi loan bank must allow me to pay total outstanding amount by dd which is a most trusted source of payment. I had visted their brank in personal and also talked to customer care but they are very rude and not at all listing to me. Earlier bajaj finserv has sent me many emails that your flexi loan facility is blocked and also given fake credit card of rbl bank so called free of cost but they charged me 3500 in first month only without even using it. Later i came to know that it is mediclaim policy. Please help me in this regard. Already i have taken loan from other bank to repay bajaj total outstanding loan amount. And now bajaj is not accepting dd payments. Please help me. Its my gentle request to all customers please never take any type of loan from bajaj finance ltd/ bajaj finserv. This bank is really hopeless. You will get only fake promises at the time of joining dem and later u need to fight with dem for clearing off.
