I, rajesh manilal patel purchase laptop from mx information system pvt.Ltd.Bhayandar {west}, through bajaj fin, my emi rs.4000 per month, but bujaj fin has sent a msg my emi amount is rs.4384, so i would like to request you to look in this matter, n cancel my fonesafe insurence, off rs.384.My loan no:577dpf23963850.My fonesafe loan no:577dfs23968888, my phone:[protected]

company brand value is null. i have been insured by fonesafe and also have to come my anti virus. but its approx 5 months now nor i receive my insurance neither anti virus. i am totally frustrate now and want to claim my money back.
I think this fonesafe insurance co is a fradulant co. I have paid Rs 2299/- but they are denying the damage claim. I will complaint in consumer forum cell and will take necessary drastic steps shortly. Never choose this insurance. Other companies are way better than this fake one. Its been a year and they still haven't sent the hardcopy of the insurance policy.

Advise your friends not to buy any fonesafe insurance. They are fraudsters. They just declined my claim for invalid reasons. My membership no: IM0337934

Same thing happen with me phone purchase from bajaj and insurance(cpp India) I paid the 25000 cash to replace the damage phone. But this cheaper company dined my claim.
Thousand times i wrote mails and call to bajaj and phone safe.
I sent require documents to Gurgaon office .
Almost 7 month I am fighting for my harden money.

Please lodge a complaint with IRDA through Integrated grievance management portal.
Never buy any phone insurance thorough Bajaj finserver and CPP. They just repudiate my claim & the reason they are showing that the claim was decline due to delay in intimation. Although I informed them in 12 hours of loss of my mobile phone.

Fone safe the house of cheaters.

My Name is M.Dileep Kumar, I was bought Samsung J7max in Bajaj finance limited. On that time BFL executive given me Insurence policy without my interest. So I complained BFL grivence to cancel my mobile insurene they are taken my complaint and quick reaction to cancelled my Insurence policy #443DFS68571472. But today I taken a courier from CPP Group India, fonesafe classic T2 plan and fee Rs.1849. And given a cpp membership number IM1222448. This is Aamir Hassan from Ranchi, Jharkhand. I have a Moto z2 play phone whose screen has been broken few days ago. As my phone is ensured with fonesafe, I called at the toll free no. And they told me to submit the respective documents by email and also send copies of that by courier. These are the documents they told me to submit:
1) claim form
2) statement of incident
3) original mobile bill
4) repair bill original
5) service engineer report
6)photograph of damaged phone
7)Copy of a Valid Photo I.D.
8)Cancelled Cheque with customer name printed on same.
So, I submitted all the aforementioned documents and sent it to the cppindia address. I had also mailed these documents to cppindia.
Since my phone screen has been damaged, it costs me around 7, 900₹ to change the display which I had given from my pocket. After few days I got a mail from cppindia wherein was written that the following documents are incomplete:
Damage Photo - IMEI NO NOT REFLECTING IN DAMAGE PHONE
Cancelled Cheque - NAME MISMATCH AFFIDAVIT REQ.
Now, It has been 2 months since I claimed, but haven't got the money yet. I always called them and they say we will give you the update.

Then, I sent them the photo of damaged phone with IMEI no. Reflecting on it. Also, I sent them name mismatch Affidavit. But haven't got any response yet.
