This is to inform you that I have take a loan recently from bajaj finserv loan application no-423PST40518674. I recently received a message starting that health and GTL health insurance policy no-4108594 have been applied against my name whereas I have not applied for such any insurance policy.This policy have been applied without any prior information. Therefore, I am not liable to pay any premium for that polity. so kindly request you to cancel my GTL health policy no-4108594. and send me a confirmation of the cancelation of the policy as soon as possible.
