Bajaj Finserv — Cancellation of personal loan

Dear Sir/Madam
I applied personal loan request through bajaj finserv representative. He came in my office and i clearly communicated with him that i need only personalloan of Rs two lakhs only with no loan protection.
He agreed with same and told me that financial fitness report charge of Rs. 1250.00 will be deduct from loan amount. I agreed with him.

At a same day i got loan application reference number from bajaj finserv. When I checked the status of loan reference number in bajaj finserv portal so i found that representative of bajaj finserv raised application of Rs. five lakhs.

Immediately i mailed him and discussed with him in mobile so he replied that "Dont worry sir, amount will be down within a day"
But still amount shows of Rs. Five lakhs in application reference status

Second day he sent loan confirmation through mail to me and he said that please reply as a PROCEED OK . so that loan amount will be disburse in your account.
When i saw his mail i got surprised. He added loan protection amount of Rs. Ten thousand and financial fitness report charges of Rs. 1499.00.
I immediately replied that I dont need any personal loan from bajaj finserv, communication is very poor.
Then one senior boss of representative called me and he said me that you have to take a loan and if you will reject/ cancel the loan so we will take money through two hdfc cheques from your account as a processing charges.

I immediately got shocked and stopped the payment of two cheques through hdfc internet banking.

Another day again one person called me from bajaj finserv and he tried to convincing me for loan. i replied that sir please do not harass me and return my all documents which i handed over to your representative. I also told him rude talk of his senior person. He replied as a sorry on behalf of his senior and said that no amount will take from your hdfc account.
He replied that without loan amount disburse in customer account Bajaj finserv cannot take any charges from customer. There is no policy like this in bajaj finserv.

Then i replied thank you sir. please cancel my personal loan. I dont want any personal loan from bajaj finserv now. Please cancel it and he agreed with same.

But still in loan application status shows of Rs. Five lakhs.
I sent so many mails regarding all issues to bajaj finserv customer care team and their representative.

I already reject/cancel personal loan request from my side and communicated with their representative. No amount is disburse in my account from bajaj finserv and i also dont want any loan from bajaj finserv.
I request to bajaj finserv team please cancel my personal loan request.

I had applied for a loan of 3 lakh in paisa bazaar and they suggested bajaj finserv and all documents, signatures on applications and cheques were collected. After everything I received email confirming loan approval but 15000 insurance attached to it. I opposed it but they tried to convince me saying it will be refunded but it was only interest of 15k which they would refund and I would be paying the 15k extra money. I requested multiple times to cancel the application but they did not do and were waiting for the amount to be disbursed and did not respond to my calls at all. I went to residency road bangalore branch and contacted them in person and asked them to cancel the application. They tried telling it cant be cancelled but I did not agree until it was cancelled and they returned my 3 cheques. But they did not return any of my documents as I had sent all docs as a scan copy. My application status still shows active and for 5 lakh rupees which is a serious joke. I have emailed many times to send me confirmation on cancellation but they did not respond. Kindly let them know about this and send me a notification that the application has been cancelled.
