I applied for a loan from bajaj finserv loan application no sf 89545936, my loan got approved but i got a sms congratulations you have purchased insurance with loan application no sf 89545936 policy name future gtl, policy applicant syed aman ali, premium rs 3102.00, sum assured :rs 260000 if you want to opt out of insurance, sms (Pfgtl sf 89545936 n) to [protected] within 48 hrs, the other sms i got is from max bupa. I wanted to opt out of the insurance policy and tried several times to sms to opt out but i always get the message greetings you you have entered an invalid keyword. Type help to know your latest loan details & type emicard to know your emi card details & send to [protected]. For details, click https://bfin.in/?BLU2018. regards, bajaj finserv. Please i want to opt out of the insurance policies of both future gtl and max bupa. I have the loan approved but i don't want the insurance policies

I took a pl from bajaj finserv for 3 years for 23 EMI and paid 14 EMI continued without any bounce but suddenly due to some illness I missed one bounce this and one of there executive start harrasing me giving me threats to hit me and using foul language with unapproviate way I recorded his Voice.. please suggest me what to do

Emi paid thorough TEZ but not received by bajaj finance portal. 2164 rupees deducted from my account and payment showing successful in TEZ application. I have UPI TRANSACTION ID.
