I Tabrez Khan had taken a two wheeler loan from you i paid my EMI on time every month but at one point of time my bike was stolen in the city of sakleshpur and i have also registered a complain at the local PS and i stopped paying the EMI later i got a call from bajaj finance asking for the payment, i explained them that the bike was stolen and even submitted the FIR copy at anil kumble circle branch and later i got a call from sakleshpur PS and informed me that the bike has been located at mangalore, which is after a long time but at that time i was out of station and once i was notified i informed the customer care and assumed that it would have been taken care of, but now i got to know that there is a pending EMI of 11 months which is effecting my CIBIL. So how can we go about this cause i have done my part and nobody to guide me from there on.. so please help me to clear the matter.
